For over thirty years Mike Dickinson, founder and owner of Dickinson Hardwood Flooring, Inc., has been a established hardwood floor provider in the East Bay. After working for 20 years as a partner for well known San Francisco Bay area hardwood flooring company Mike decided to start his own company.  Mike is responsible for job estimating, overseeing of all field crews and daily operations, design and planing of projects, quality and job site safety and contract documents. He also designed and wrote the proprietary job bidding software program Dickinson Hardwood uses to provide the most accurate and detailed estimates in the business. 

Mike received his Bachelor of Engineering degree from California State University, Sacramento.

Joey has been with Mike every step of the way. Starting his career in hardwood flooring back in the early nineties, Joey quickly showed his expertise to his fellow co workers. When Mike decided to open his own company, Joey didn't hesitate to join him on his endeavor. With his vast knowledge of products and ability to custom make materials, Joey runs the back of the house better than anyone else.

Juan, or as we like to call him Guti, is an installer with unmatched skills and expertise. With almost twenty years of experience, there is no job Guti can't do. His attention to detail and the pride he takes in his craft make him truly a one-of-a-kind installer.
