OIL MODIFIED POLYURETHANE

• Durability: Average durability
• Odor: Moderate - strong
• Sheens: Matte, Satin, Semi gloss & Gloss
• Color: Amber, yellows with age
• Fading: Direct light will penetrate finish
• Dry Time: 8-12 hours
• Application: Easy to apply

Pros: Inexpensive, easy to touch up
Cons: Not green, slow dry time

WATERBASE URETHANE

• Durability: Very durable
• Odor: Low - mild
• Sheens: Matte, Satin, Semi gloss & Gloss
• Color: Clear, non yellowing
• Fading: Has UV inhibitor which retards fading
• Dry Time: 2-4 hours
• Application: Difficult to apply

Pros: Green, dries fast
Cons: Expensive, hard to touch up

Sheens

• Matte: Very dull, looks good on distressed flooring
• Satin: Low sheen, hides surface scratches and dust
• Semi gloss: Medium sheen
• Gloss: Very shiny, high maintenance
